  We are cooking 'The Fish & Chip Shop'

 

​​Having been born in Hunstanton ‘Fish & Chips’ has been close to our hearts from a young age and is a go to food for many visitors to the area.  We bring you our interpretation of a Fish & Chip shop menu over 5 courses of small plates

Course 1 - Cheesey Chips

Savoury herb potato cubes, Gruyere & parmesan cheese sauce, parmesan shavings, mince black truffle

Course 2 - Scampi

langoustine skewer, tartare sauce & charred lemon wedge

Course 3 - Fish & Curry Sauce

Cod loin served on a mild katsu curry sauce with beer batter scraps

Course 4 - Steak & Ale Pie

Beef short rib marinated in Norfolk ale, served on a pea puree with a pastry disc

​

Course 5 - Deep Fried Mars Bar

Rich chocolate torte with salted caramel ice-cream and crispy chocolate wafer
