We are working with a local Brancaster Seafood Company who supply all our local seafood from crabs, lobster, oysters and mussels.  We are pleased to offer crab salads, lobster salads and some great seafood tapas dishes as well as lunches.  Our Seafood sharing board consists of a local crab, smoked salmon, smoked mackerel, crayfish, cockles, prawns in marie rose sauce, shell on King prawns, bread & butter.  Our smoked salmon is smoked locally adding a great flavour to our breakfast and brunch specialities such as eggs royale, scrambled egg & smoked salmon.  In the summer we offer a seafood event and in the winter a Mussels night.  We are also very proud to recycle our mussels shells and pass them on to Beachwave Creations a local craft shop who create mussel tree ornaments and from our oyster shells they create trinket boxes
