Tapas, Spain’s popular dining format, provides a wonderful way to share & enjoy a wide selection of fabulous dishes with friends and family. Originally a selection of savoury snacks served in Spanish bars, tapas has now evolved to become a complete meal consisting of a variety of small plates that can be hot or cold.
